My heart still goes out for Jack..!!

Oh boy! I can't even get a man to open a door for me! Let alone, give me the door to float on while he freezes to death !! (Crap! here goes my romantic instincts again!)
(De Caprio looked so much sexier with his boyish charm appeal instead of his recent urbane GANGS OF NEW YORK look!)

15 years later, i ve had my first big screen TITANIC experience today..bigger and better with the 3D version! Why it is still hated by some critics, I will never know..Cliched love story might be, but nonetheless, it still remains my utmost romantic flick (few more tissues for me please!)..particular scenes ceases to fade out of my memory like..
*For the last time Rose tells the already dead Jack "Ill never let go" followed by a kiss on his hands, then she lets him go,and he slowly sinks into the 'Heart of the ocean'..
*The rather old and fragile Rose tells her listeners, 'I don't even have a picture of him; he exists now, only in my memory…' A simple, yet beautiful and poignant moment, one that we can all relate with, especially for those amongst us who particularly cherish their memories, whatever they might be..
*The scene where a mother reads a story for her children while the ship sinks haunts me forever...and oh yes! James Horner's hauntingly beautiful score..

Have'nt we watched this one bfo? Oh yes! countless times! So what makes this one special? The first time i watched it was through poor quality VCR player, later with the advent of prime time television and DVDs ,the picture became much more clearer! and now bigger and better with the 3D version!!

  1. yes, Titanic is an all time great movie. I remember weeping after seeing it for the first time. But haven't experienced it in 3d still.
